Soundbath: A Ritual of Return

A 90-minute soundbath session with live gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells for rest and relaxation.

Sessions take place in a calm, light-filled community hall, offering 90 minutes of rest accompanied by live acoustic sound. Participants lie down and listen as gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells are played, with space to switch off; no experience is needed. Attendees can bring a mat and blanket, with spares and chairs available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor. The hall has step-free access.
