An immersive 90-minute acoustic soundbath featuring live gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and bells in a historic church sanctuary.
Participants lie down in the historic sanctuary of Dennistoun New Parish Church to listen to live acoustic sounds. The session is designed to be a space for rest, allowing the sounds to unfold slowly around the listener. It is supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance, and is open to all without prior experience.
