About
Viral sea-shanty folk group The Wellermen play a Manchester Folk Festival 2027 headline show at Stoller Hall, with support from Quincey May Brown.
The Wellermen, a global folk group formed during the 2021 TikTok sea-shanty boom who only met in person at their June 2023 debut show, headline this Manchester Folk Festival 2027 concert. Their maritime harmony and storytelling blends American and UK backgrounds. Support comes from Manchester-based DIY musician Quincey May Brown, known for tender vocals, playful lyrics and harp-propelled arrangements. Doors open at 7pm.
