Zero to 100 (And back down to Zero again) – Alison Thea-Skot: Workshop

An improv workshop with Alison Thea-Skot on stretching your choices to the max and then bringing them back down, for experienced improvisers.

This workshop explores pushing improv choices to their limits — making fun moves, extending them, and then having the discipline to come back down to the ground again. Participants will explore which parts of themselves can be stretched right up to 100, going big and going small. It is aimed at experienced improvisers rather than beginners; participants should ideally be able to start, maintain and end a scene. The session is part of the Birmingham Improv Festival 2026.
