Extended Gong Bath to End 2026

A three-hour extended gong bath at Serenity Studio in Sidlesham offering deep relaxation and reflection as the year ends.

Serenity through Sound hosts an in-person extended gong bath on the afternoon of Wednesday 30 December, running three hours from 2pm to 5pm with doors at 1:45pm. Participants lie back as gong sounds wash over them, intended to melt away stress and recharge energy. The session also invites reflection on the passing year and intentions for the new one.
