A three-hour extended gong bath at Serenity Through Sound marking the Winter Solstice with deep relaxation and reflection.

Serenity through Sound hosts a three-hour extended gong bath to mark the Winter Solstice. Participants lie back as gong sounds wash over them, intended to melt away stress and recharge the spirit, with time for reflection on the passing year and intentions for the new one. The in-person session is for ages 18+, with doors opening at 1:45pm and free parking available.
