This restorative gong bath is designed to help participants relax, restore, and renew their minds and bodies. Led by complementary therapists, the session utilizes the gentle sound healing and soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and breathwork. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and comfortable layers.
