Tuesday Evening Class

A weekly Tuesday evening meditation class with Buddhist monk Gen-la Kelsang Jampa exploring the nature of mind, past and future lives and karma.

This drop-in evening class at the Kadampa Temple for Worldpeace runs on Tuesdays from 7.30 to 9pm between October 20 and December 15, 2026. The course, 'Understanding the Continuum of Mind', examines Buddha's teaching that our mental continuum has no beginning, exploring how understanding the nature and function of the mind can reveal the existence of past and future lives and karma. Sessions are led by Buddhist monk Gen-la Kelsang Jampa and everyone is welcome.
