Alchemy Sound Bath

A one-hour sound bath session with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and other instruments at a Sandbach yoga studio.

Susy Walsh leads a one-hour sound bath at Ashtanga Cheshire Studios in Sandbach, playing Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls alongside ocean drums, koshi chimes and other instruments. Participants lie down or sit while the sounds wash over them, beginning with gentle breath and floor-based movement and ending with grounding before close. The session is open to all with no prior experience needed, though under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and the page notes contraindications such as pacemakers, seizures and first-trimester pregnancy.
