Studio Sound Bath Experience – Relax, Restore & Rebalance

A 45-minute guided studio sound bath with gongs, crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments for deep relaxation, open to all aged 18+.

Shaman's Rest hosts a 45-minute sound bath at Lichfield Leisure Centre, guided by Andrew Elson, Master Sound Practitioner and founder of Shaman's Rest. Participants lie comfortably while the vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments wash over them, with a gentle guided opening to help settle in. The small-group session requires no prior experience and is open to anyone aged 18 and over; attendees bring a mat, blanket and cushion. It is not suitable for those with pacemakers, certain heart conditions or sound-induced epilepsy.
