Upholstery Taster Weekend

An introductory upholstery course offered as short weekend cohorts, with each cohort practising traditional upholstery on a dining-chair drop-in seat.

Each two-day cohort introduces traditional upholstery tools, materials and methods through a dining-chair drop-in seat project. Students may bring a suitable chair or use one supplied by the studio. The current published November and February cohorts use the same curriculum and physical studio as the earlier October cohort. October’s previously stored two performances are preserved; the current public booking page no longer lists that earlier booking item.
