A Masterclass in Modern British Cookery, with Adam Byatt

Adam Byatt teaches leeks vinaigrette, gently cooked turbot with a buttery sauce and a chocolate pudding. The class includes a copy of his cookbook. Adult classes are for ages 15 and over; 15–17-year-olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Ingredients, equipment and aprons are supplied, and the booked duration includes demonstrations, cooking and time to eat. Only participating guests can attend; spectators and waiting companions cannot be accommodated. At Oxford Street, arrive 10–15 minutes before class; Sunday classes outside John Lewis hours use the Hollies Street entrance.
