Vietnamese Cuisine Masterclass (3hr)

Cook Vietnamese dishes including turmeric fish, crispy rice crepes and shaking beef, with practice in knife skills, wok cooking and seasoning.

This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs. The course is open to beginners as well as people with cooking experience. Contact the school in advance to discuss allergies and dietary requirements.
