About
A Hallé chamber concert at which orchestra members Buta, Davey, Emerson and Gasparini perform their own compositions, with a free post-concert archive talk.
In this Chamber Series concert, Hallé musicians Tiberiu Buta, Thomas Davey, Chris Emerson and Piero Gasparini present their own music written for string quartet, bassoon quintet, oboe quintet and other small ensembles. The intimate setting at Hallé St Peter's brings listeners close to the players. Afterwards there is a free Archive Talk, Simon Speelman: The Life of a Victorian Violist.
