About
A monthly discussion group at Graves Gallery using the Philosophy for Communities method to explore ideas sparked by artworks.
Facilitator Rosie Carnall leads an informal but in-depth conversation about art and philosophy, drawing on the Graves Gallery permanent collection. Each session she picks a new question, topic or idea and selects artworks around the gallery for participants to explore and philosophise about. She uses the Philosophy for Communities method, a structured but flexible process for group discussion, and no prior experience is required. The session lasts 90 minutes.
