Contemporary Conversations

A friendly volunteer-run discussion group meeting in the gallery library to talk about visual art, from current exhibitions to wider questions about the art world.

Contemporary Conversations is a members-run group welcoming anyone interested in looking at and discussing visual art. Each meeting addresses a pre-chosen topic, with past discussions covering current exhibitions, art of other times and places, and questions about the contemporary art world and art education. The group meets in the Gallery's Library space every second Tuesday and is led by volunteer Tina Grant with support from the Gallery Learning team.
