Santa's Grotto

Children visit Santa in a fairytale grotto at Broadway Museum, take part in a reindeer trail, post their Christmas letter and enjoy sensory play spaces.

A grotto event where children meet Santa to tell him what they would like for Christmas, with visits lasting around five minutes in pre-booked time slots (walk-up queueing also allowed). Families can follow a Reindeer Trail to help round up Santa's missing reindeer, write letters to hand-deliver to Father Christmas, and use the museum's sensory room and play spaces. Santa's gifts are described as ethical and sustainable and come with a sweet treat. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, with a maximum of two adults per booking.
