Move by the Sea ~ Ecstatic Dance

A facilitated outdoor ecstatic dance session on Anderby Creek Beach, moving freely through a music journey via wireless headsets.

Dance Free hosts a two-hour ecstatic dance session on Anderby Creek Beach, meeting at 11am. After a welcome and guidelines, a short guided movement meditation over gentle music helps participants drop into the body, followed by a wave of different rhythms for free movement delivered through wireless headsets. The session closes with a gathering to connect and chat. The event is alcohol- and drug-free, non-verbal, and open to ages 16+, with participants invited to move as much or as little as they feel.
