Roots In Rhythm - A Journey Of Dance & Sound

A three-hour immersive ecstatic dance, meditation and sound bath session hosted by Billy Harding and Nicole Wilde at Leigh Village Hall.

Roots in Rhythm is a three-hour immersive wellbeing session combining music, movement and sound. It opens with an optional sharing circle, moves into a DJ-curated ecstatic dance journey spanning world music, Arabic house, reggae, drum & bass and ambient sounds, then transitions into a guided meditation and sound bath before a closing circle. No dance experience or choreography is required, and participants are welcome to rest or sit out at any time.
