Museum Operations Manager Susie Simmons leads a relaxed, hands-on session about the history of rag rug making and the sustainability of clothing and textiles. Participants can start a rug using recycled fabric and hessian; bring old clothes, especially T-shirts, if you would like to reuse them. Suitable for ages 16 and over. Tea and coffee are included.
