Storytelling: In-Person
About
A five-day in-person RADA short course exploring classical and modern storytelling techniques through voice, movement and characterisation.
This five-day course at RADA helps participants discover their unique voice as a storyteller, learning classical techniques used by actors to tell stories through analysis, voice, movement and characterisation. Participants experiment with a range of storytelling styles via text, physicality, vocal and dramatic practice, exploring both classical storytelling and modern practitioners. The course suits actors, directors and writers who wish to devise material, as well as anyone interested in dramaturgy and improvisation. Sessions run 10am-5pm each day, group size is capped at 14, and participants must be over 18 with fluent English.
