Complete Sourdough Workshop (Wembley)

A full-day sourdough class covering starter-making and four breads: simple sourdough, 100% rye, brown levain and baguette.

Participants make their own starter and use the school’s starter to bake a range of sourdough loaves. The class introduces replacing baker’s yeast with wild yeast in home baking and includes simple sourdough, 100% rye, brown levain and baguette.
