Dolls Houses by Be Creative

A free display of dolls houses made from recycled materials by the Be Creative community group, shown in the museum's Community Cases.

The Be Creative community group, which meets weekly at the Energise Centre in Salford, has built a collection of intricate dolls houses from recycled materials such as loo rolls, old clothes, cardboard boxes and wallpaper offcuts. The miniature rooms are displayed in the museum's Community Cases, and no booking is required to view them. The group's creative sessions are highlighted as a way of supporting wellbeing and mental health.
