The Open [5]

A free open-submission exhibition at Salford Museum showcasing over 150 works by artists connected to Salford, judged by Kirby Corless.

The Open [5] celebrates the work of artists of any age who live, work, study in, or were born in Salford. Over 150 works span painting, drawing, print, textiles, photography, sculpture and mixed media, selected with external judge Kirby Corless, Director & Curator of Ey-Up Wigan CIC. Prizes include first and runner-up, the Geoffrey Key award, Pinc College student choice, staff pick and a people's choice award, with visitors invited to vote for their favourite piece.
