Community Drop-In – Shaftesbury

Wessex Water staff hold a drop-in session at Shaftesbury Library where customers can ask questions and discuss billing or other water queries.

Wessex Water runs community drop-in sessions at libraries and community venues across its region, giving customers a chance to speak to staff face to face. At the Shaftesbury sessions, people can raise billing enquiries — bringing a recent bill or customer number is recommended — or ask about any other water-related questions. Sessions run from 10am to 1pm on the published dates, and attendees can email in advance to request adjustments.
