Photography Zero: A Free Introduction to Photography

A free three-hour beginner photography workshop with Nick Archer, combining an indoor introduction with practical photography at Long Eaton Art Room.

Nick Archer of Nickarc Photography leads a free three-hour introduction to photography aimed at beginners, with a smartphone sufficient to take part. The session starts at Long Eaton Art Room with an indoor introduction before moving to practical photography outdoors, though poor weather may mean staying indoors. Under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and the organiser recommends the session for children aged eight and above. Attendees should bring a camera or smartphone and dress for the weather.
