Interactive Sound Healing Workshop

A hands-on sound healing workshop where participants play instruments like singing bowls and gongs, join chakra toning and experience a sound bath.

Sanctuary in Sound hosts a three-and-a-half-hour interactive workshop introducing sound healing. Participants learn about the practice, try instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs and chimes, and take part in group chakra toning using the voice. The session includes an opening meditation, a talk, a guided sound bath, group reflection with a trained facilitator, a Q&A and a closing meditation, and attendees take home a free shaker instrument.
