Games Art Subject Taster Day
About
A free hands-on taster day for students aged 16+ exploring games art, from visual storytelling to developing game-ready concepts.
This subject taster day at Ravensbourne University London introduces the role of the games artist and the wider games industry through practical activities. Participants experiment with visual storytelling and creative problem-solving, developing an initial idea towards a game-ready concept and responding to a brief. Aimed at students aged 16 and over, including Level 2 and Level 3 learners with an interest in games, art, illustration, character and environment design, the session also covers study and career opportunities in games and the creative industries.
