About

A free half-term taster workshop for year 12-13 students exploring architecture through model-making and 3D scanning of the Greenwich Peninsula.

This hands-on taster day introduces sixth-form students to how architects shape the built environment. Participants work collaboratively to recreate parts of the Greenwich Peninsula as cardboard architectural models, learning core model-making techniques, then use LiDAR-enabled 3D scanning to digitally document and archive their work. The session takes place in a professional studio environment and offers insight into Ravensbourne's approach to creative learning.
