A panel discussion and presentation on workplace adjustments, accessibility and supporting neurodivergent talent, featuring Drew Goddard of Genius Within.
AICPA & CIMA host an evening session on inclusive workplaces, held in the Squires Coffee House at Peterborough Museum & Art Gallery. Drew Goddard of Genius Within gives a short presentation on practical, people-focused workplace support, including tailored adjustments, early intervention and psychological safety. A panel discussion follows, exploring lived workplace experiences and how managers can confidently support neurodivergent colleagues, with an audience Q&A allowing anonymous questions. The event runs two hours, from 6pm to 8pm.
