A full-day interactive workshop for employers, HR professionals and leaders on supporting neurodivergent staff and meeting legal responsibilities.
This full-day workshop combines practical guidance from employment solicitor Philip of Precept with Sunshine Support's Chrissa Wadlow and Kelly Jarvis. Sessions cover neurodivergence beyond ADHD and autism, executive functioning, communication and sensory needs, recruitment, performance management, reasonable adjustments and avoiding legal mistakes. The day includes lunch, refreshments, networking opportunities and a month's complimentary access to the Sunshine Academy.
