Brampton & District 50s+ Club

A quarterly club for people aged 50 and over offering talks, community discussion and social time with refreshments.

The Brampton & District 50s+ Club meets once every three months and is open to anyone aged 50 and over. Each session features a talk or presentation from a local service, speaker or organisation, with topics varying each time, plus the chance to share views on local developments and enjoy social time with refreshments. An optional simple lunch or refreshments may be available for a small charge. The next session, on Friday 20 November, is titled 'What you can do to Improve Strength and Balance'.
