Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

A one-hour sound bath led by Sheila Thomas using crystal and metal singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes.

Sheila Thomas leads a sound session using crystal and metal singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes. It begins with a guided meditation before the sound bath; the provider says no previous experience is needed. Bring a mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, optional cushion and water. Booking is essential; contact Sheila with questions about suitability. The provider cautions that sound baths may not be suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy or for people with sound-induced epilepsy.
