Angry Boater (of Channel 4’s Narrow Escapes)

Comedian Joel Sanders tells the story of leaving conventional life for a canal boat after his touring ambitions in America came to an abrupt end.

Sanders’s stand-up show draws on a decade of trying to perform in all fifty US states, the setback that ended that attempt, and his later life aboard a British canal boat. The official page bills him as the star of Channel 4’s Narrow Escapes.
