Gong Bath - Valley Park, Hampshire

Kaira Sound Therapy offers a one-hour Gong Bath designed to help participants relax, recharge, and activate self-healing through harmonic sound vibrations.

This one-hour Gong Bath is a sound journey where participants lie down to immerse themselves in harmonic sounds. Kaira Sound Therapy uses instruments such as Paiste gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Native American Style flutes, and percussion. These complex sound vibrations help the body resonate at an optimal healthy frequency, aiding relaxation and stress release.
