Seven for a Secret

A student production blending film and puppetry about a student haunted by a whispering magpie and her imaginary friend.

Holly Dodd's play follows Nora, a student pursued by a magpie that whispers cruel lies into her ear, while her long-lost imaginary friend remains her only ally. The production blends film, puppetry and emotional storytelling to explore the impact of imposter syndrome. It forms part of the University of Oxford Student Season for Michaelmas Term 2026.
