New Moon, Yin & Meditation and Sound Journey- Energy Reset

An evening of ceremonial cacao, Yin yoga, Reiki meditation and a crystal bowl sound bath inspired by the New Moon.

This New Moon-themed wellbeing session begins with ceremonial cacao, followed by a gentle Yin Yoga practice to release physical tension. Participants are then guided through a Reiki-infused meditation before an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath intended to calm the nervous system. The evening is framed around setting intentions for new beginnings and runs on selected Sunday evenings.
