Sanctuary: Cacao, Sound & Stillness with Synergy Body & Mind

A two-hour evening of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation and immersive sound hosted by Synergy Community Wellbeing CIC at Left Bank.

Hosted by Synergy Community Wellbeing CIC, the evening opens with a warming cacao ritual, followed by guided meditation and an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The two-hour session is designed to support deep relaxation and nervous-system regulation, and no prior experience is needed. Attendees are asked to bring comfort items such as a yoga mat, blanket and cushion.
