Soothing, Slow Down Sound Bath

Sunset Sound Healing hosts a gentle, hour-long sound bath by candlelight at The Didsbury Parsonage Trust, timed to mark World Mental Health Day. Attendees are asked to arrive by 7.35pm for the 7.45pm session, which offers a chance to relax and let go. Afterwards there is warm herbal tea and an opportunity to connect with others if you wish. Paid parking is available and no refunds are offered.
