Forest Therapy at the Peace Garden

A guided two-hour forest therapy session at Forest Farm Peace Garden using slow, mindful invitations to connect with nature.

Forest Farm Peace Garden hosts a guided forest therapy session led by Kate, an accredited Forest Therapy Practitioner. The slow-paced afternoon includes a welcome and introduction, sensory and walking invitations among the garden's trees, exploratory invitations and a closing circle, all optional and at participants' own pace. Mats are provided for sitting, and attendees are advised to bring warm layers and comfortable footwear. Proceeds support the garden's free ecotherapy programme for people with mental health recovery needs.
