Samhain Foraging Hill Walk

A guided foraging walk on Corstorphine Hill learning to identify edible plants and fungi around Halloween, ending with wild food tastings.

This three-hour event on Corstorphine Hill includes a ninety-minute walk over woodland paths, during which around thirty species of edible plants and fungi will be identified. Participants also learn how to forage legally, ethically and safely, and how to process their finds. The session concludes with a tasting of wild food and drink samples.
