This 50-hour Yin & Restorative Yoga immersion runs over six days at the Salisbury Centre in central Edinburgh, with daily sessions at varying times. Led by Tofino Yoga School Director Dede Monette, the programme combines studio practice with time outdoors, including hiking Arthur's Seat, relaxing in the centre's gardens, exploring Edinburgh's Old Town, walking through Dean's Village and vintage shopping in Stockbridge. The immersion qualifies for Continuing Education credits with the Yoga Alliance.
