These gong bath and guided meditation sessions, run by professional musician and advanced Gong Practitioner Alicia Davies, use Planet Gongs and other healing instruments to induce deep relaxation and meditation. Sessions also feature a portable Orynoco 'conscious tech' quantum device, included at no extra charge. Participants lie down for the 90-minute experience and should bring their own yoga mat, cushion, blanket and refreshments. Sessions are for over-18s only, with health exclusives such as pregnancy, pacemakers and certain conditions noted, and advance booking is required via Alicia's own website.
