Sound Baths at The Mount Without with Annette & Rounik

A 90-minute New Moon sound bath with gongs, singing bowls and other healing instruments, led by Annette and Rounik in a former Bristol church.

Annette and Rounik lead a deeply relaxing sound bath in The Mount Without, a former church in Bristol. The 90-minute session combines chakra singing bowls, gongs, monochords, chimes, Light Language vocals and other sacred sounds, opening with a guided meditation and closing with vegan organic chocolate for every attendee. Attendees are asked to bring their own mat, blankets and cushions, and the event is not recommended for those with extreme sound sensitivity, epilepsy or in the first trimester of pregnancy.
