Bringing Cubism to Life with 3-D Faces – Joint Session with SOFO

A free family drop-in workshop at the Oxfordshire Museum where children create their own cubist faces inspired by Picasso, with a 3-D twist.

Held in celebration of the museum's Open Art exhibition, this family drop-in session invites participants to create their own face using cubism, the art form pioneered by Picasso that uses geometric shapes to show objects from different angles. Children can make their creation 3-D and even turn it into a funky mask. The session runs with two time slots during the day, and booking is requested for all group members so organisers can monitor numbers and prepare resources.
