Free Autumn Rockpool Ramble at Hannafore Beach

A free family-friendly guided rockpool ramble at Hannafore Beach led by Looe Marine Conservation Group volunteers, exploring the creatures of the rocky shore.

Looe Marine Conservation Group leads the final rockpool ramble of 2026 at Hannafore Beach, meeting below the Coastguard Station. Volunteer Heather guides a family-friendly exploration of the rockpools, with a chance to get hands-on with the group's shore laboratory and learn about coastal creatures such as octopus, devil crabs, anemones and sea slugs. The event runs 11:30am–1pm, no booking is required and all ages are welcome.
