About
A volunteer-run repair cafe where people bring broken household items to be mended, with a cuppa and cake.
Volunteers at the Hatherleigh Repair Cafe help mend everyday objects to reduce waste and save money. Repairs on offer include sewing, zips, bicycles, electrical items, PAT testing and soldering, furniture and woodwork, toys and guitars. Visitors are encouraged to back up their data and bring leads, and the session doubles as a social gathering with chat, tea and cake.
