The Worlds of Rex Whistler

Art historian Dr Nikki Frater presents an illustrated talk about Rex Whistler, with optional sketching.

This illustrated talk explores Rex Whistler’s work across murals, illustration, theatre design and portraiture, and raises questions about how viewers respond to troubling imagery in historic art. Attendees may sketch from their seats; the official page places the event in The Poly’s top-floor gallery.
