Sober Sound Series

A Friday-evening sound healing and relaxation session offering a sober, welcoming space for connection and calm.

Sober Sound is a Friday-evening gathering created by Steph of Herbal Headspa and Healing from her own recovery journey, offering an alternative to pub culture. The session features healing sounds, relaxation and connection in a space open to everyone — whether in recovery, sober curious or simply seeking a different way to spend the evening. It runs for 75 minutes, is for ages 16+, with doors at 7:10pm and free parking. Ticket holders receive a £20-off leaflet for a herbal head spa.
