Pytchley Sacred Sound Bath Evening

A monthly gong sound bath evening at Pytchley Village Hall led by sound therapists Harshani and Edd, open to all.

Harshani and Edd, experienced sound therapists, lead a group Sacred Sound Journey where participants lie down and relax while an Earth Gong, Tibetan bowls, rainstick, shamanic drum, ocean drum and sansula are played. The session is described as supporting deep relaxation and stress relief. Sessions run monthly on Thursday evenings, 7pm to 8.15pm, with doors at 6.45pm and no late entry once the sound begins. Attendees bring a mat, pillows, blankets and water; the vibration is not advised during pregnancy, for pacemaker wearers, or those with epilepsy or sound-induced seizures.
